Baoyuanda is committed to providing excellent products and the highest quality. Baoyuanda’s New Product Warranty detailed in this document exhibits our confidence in our product.
This warranty covers all parts and components, exclusive of wear and tear parts, provided the owner maintains and services the unit as described in the Operator’s Manual. Distance technical support over email/phone call is to be conducted by Baoyuanda technicians or an agent appointed by Baoyuanda.
Warranty coverage on your Baoyuanda product starts upon delivery of the product.

We advise you to retain certifications and records of regular unit maintenance.
These documents are very important and can help determine the cause of a malfunction, should one occur.
The warranty starts on the delivery date and lasts for 365 days or 500 hours (whichever occurs earlier)
The Warranty covers repairs to correct any unit defects related to materials or workmanship existing at the time of purchase. All requests must be approved by Baoyuanda before any work being performed during the Warranty Period. Specific exceptions to the Warranty are listed in the Exclusions section.
Baoyuanda will provide repairs to the unit during the Warranty Period in accordance with the Terms, Limitations, and Conditions. This is the sole Warranty provided by Baoyuanda.
Customers must perform regular maintenance per the manual. Failure to do so may void the Warranty.
Damage caused by impact, fire, theft, misuse, overuse, acts of God, or unapproved modifications is not covered.
Baoyuanda is not responsible for economic loss or any indirect/consequential damages.
Baoyuanda makes no other warranty. Suitability of product use is the customer's responsibility. Baoyuanda’s sole liability is product repair as outlined.
No other person may create obligations for Baoyuanda. Shipping damage must be reported to both the carrier and Baoyuanda.
